All items are warranted for 1 year for new equipment, and 90 days from the date of purchase for used equipment. Returns are allowed for any reason, except for items damaged by the customer, for the first 10 days from the date of customer reception of the item. Store credits will be issued for items returned. Shipping is not refundable. Cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer. After the 10-day period items are not returnable except for repairs covered by the 90-day warranty. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and issued before any item may be returned for repair. Please call or email us for an RMA number prior to shipping any items to camerasupplycenter.com for warranty repair.
